With passion and purpose in everything she does, Branka has a special interest and extensive experience in the field of intellectual disability, forensic disability, and mental health disorders, alongside complex presentations and risk management.
Her commitment to learning and professional development with empathy and compassion at the forefront led Branka to obtain a specialist certificate in forensic disability, further enhancing her ability to address the unique needs of this community. With Project Mindset as her platform for making meaningful impact, Branka is committed to leading her team to provide services driven by excellence and sound ethics.
Clinical Neuropsychologist
With a desire to create a supportive and comfortable environment for her clients, Alice empowers them to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours in a safe space. Alice holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Flinders University and a Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology from Macquarie University.
Alice focuses on delivering personalised assessments and interventions to unlock cognitive potential and overcome challenges, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to dive into developmental, degenerative, traumatic, psychiatric, and neurological brain conditions.
Psychologist
Focusing on overall wellbeing, Shelby’s passion remains in helping clients manage their mental health and a special interest in Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as offering therapeutic support to those experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment, relational issues, and body image concerns.
Shelby has worked predominantly in private practice, disability, and vocational rehabilitation, providing support to those under NDIS, Medicare, and Workers Compensation, and offers a solution focused and growth outlook to help individuals and organisations achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Kamelia Todorov
Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Kamelia is a Registered Psychologist with with qualifications in Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of South Australia and Master of Psychology (Health) from the University of Adelaide and is fluent in Bulgarian.
With a diverse background across many settings, Kamelia’s experience spans across therapeutic intervention; cognitive, functional capacity, educational, ADHD, personality and criminogenic risk assessments; tertiary-level teaching; research and policy development.
She has several years experience working in the NDIS and correctional services sectors as well as experience working with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as individuals experiencing eating disorders.
Kamelia is genuinely passionate about what she does, believing in a compassionate, person-centred and culturally-informed approach. She aims to tailor intervention and support in consideration of individual needs and circumstances, drawing on a holistic approach to empower positive change and growth within individuals and their support networks.
Outside of Project Mindset you are likely to find Kamelia at home with her dog Kibble and exploring the Adelaide Hills.
Isabella Zannettino
Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Isabella, who also goes by Issy, is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours. She employs an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
She has a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach, and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent teenagers and adults. Issy emphasises understanding and embracing neurological differences. By tailoring therapy to suit each individual's unique needs and strengths, she supports people in understanding themselves better, recognising their needs, and finding strategies that work for them. Issy also supports individuals on their mental health journeys. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional regulation, and executive functioning difficulties.
Outside of Project Mindset, Issy spends her time reading, learning about neurodiversity, and re-watching The Office. She also enjoys playing the piano, watching stand-up comedy, and visiting art galleries.
Issy is skilled in conducting autism and ADHD assessments across the lifespan. She has a special interest in evaluating more internalised presentations of autism, particularly in adults. She also performs cognitive assessments to aid in the diagnosis of intellectual disabilities.
Nima Tahsili Fahadan
Provisional Psychologist
Nima is a registered provisional psychologist and holds a Master of Professional Psychology. Nima enjoys practicing across the lifespan, working with children to older adults. His practice is informed by diversity, multiculturalism, inclusion, neurodiversity & disability. Nima enjoys staying curious and open to learning from clients and considers therapy sessions opportunities to grow with clients, while supporting them towards wellbeing and increased function.
He has an interest in mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, end-of-life and meaning-making and intervention and prevention of psychological trauma (war, disaster, refugee/immigrants, complex and intergenerational trauma). Nima also provides psychological assessments including cognitive, giftedness, neurodivergence and learning difficulty assessments.
Nima was previously the Inclusion Professional/Specialist Equipment Coordinator for South Australia’s Inclusion Agency, under the Inclusion Support Program (federal government funding for inclusive education & care of children attending mainstream care environments). During this period, Nima shared clients with more than 300 allied health professionals. His earlier roles include Employment Facilitator, and NAATI-accredited Interpreter. Nima is Persian (Farsi) speaking.
Outside of Project Mindset Nima enjoys listening to classical and pop-rock music, reading poetry, digital photography, and trying to cook recipes from diverse cuisines!
Nathen Vong
Office Manager & Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Nathen is both the Office Manager and a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at Project Mindset, seamlessly balancing operational efficiency with a deep passion for behaviour support.
With a Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences (majoring in Neuroscience), Nathen brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and real-world experience to their practice.
Since becoming a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Nathen has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and individuals in regional Australia. They have supported people with complex mental health conditions and disabilities, including, but not limited to, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Antisocial and Borderline Personality Disorders, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder (Levels 2 and 3), Intellectual Disabilities (Mild to Moderate), ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and substance use-related challenges, with a special interest in those with forensic involvement.
Nathen takes a holistic and collaborative approach to Positive Behaviour Support, working closely with the individual’s team and picking the brains of the rest of the team at Project Mindset. They conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans, ensuring that each client’s dignity, autonomy, and quality of life remain the focus.
Outside of Project Mindset, Nathen is curled up with their fur-son Cosmo, either knitting or crocheting something new, Nathen also speaks German and Korean.
Meg Bruce
Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Meg is a dedicated and driven Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support practitioner with a passion for helping individuals increase their quality of life. With two years of experience in the Positive Behaviour support field, Meg has worked with clients with varying and complex presentations across the life span.
Meg graduated with a First Class Honours Degree of Psychological Science in 2022, and is Provisional Psychologist undertaking her Masters of Professional Psychology at Flinders University in 2025. Meg has a particular interest in working with children and young people, particularly those with a history of trauma or interaction with the Department of Child Protection. Meg’s empathetic and compassionate approach to PBS means her clients are always at the forefront of her work. Meg is passionate about developing person-centred plans which involve the participant and respects their right to dignity and autonomy.
Outside of Project Mindset, Meg enjoys attending pilates classes, indulging in delicious food and drinks, or going to the beach on a warm day for a walk and swim. Meg loves spending time with her family and friends, and values this support network.
Sophie Trowbridge
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Sophie is a proud Barkindji woman and a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong passion for supporting individuals engaged with, or at risk of, entering the criminal justice system. She holds a Bachelor of Criminology, with a focus on understanding the correlation between trauma and offending behaviour—an area she is deeply committed to.
In addition, Sophie has completed a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support from Flinders University. Her professional expertise includes working with individuals with psychosocial disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sophie is particularly interested in providing education on healthy relationships and sexual health for people with diverse needs.
Sophie brings extensive experience to her work, having served as a Local Area Coordinator and worked in educational settings, where she supported at-risk young people. Her commitment to person-centred care is also shaped by her own experience providing support to her siblings, giving her a deeper, more personal perspective on the work she does.
When she's not at Project Mindset, Sophie enjoys staying active at the gym, soaking up the sun at the beach, and spending quality time with her Kelpie, Zarah.
Samantha
Administrative Support
Samantha is an undergraduate student studying psychology at Flinders University and enjoys her time developing invaluable knowledge and experience in this field.
Alongside Samantha’s passion for psychology, Samantha’s kindness and empathetic nature allows her to foster a meaningful connection with clinicians and clients.
Outside of Project Mindset, Samantha loves to cuddle with her two dogs, Daisy and Bailey while either playing the piano or crocheting. Samantha is also learning to speak Spanish.
Darcy
Therapy Dog
Darcy is Alice’s mood and brain boosting side-kick, and is a very good boy!
He’s happy, cuddly, cute, and a little cheeky; Darcy is in training and you’ll see him around Project Mindset in the office or in a session to help you feel at ease.
Research suggests that Therapy Dog visits have numerous benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood and wellbeing, and enhancing social interaction and communication skills – no doubt just seeing Darcy will bring a smile to your face.
