Branka Radovanovic

Director and Principal Psychologist

Branka is the Director and Principal Psychologist of Project Mindset. With over 15 years of experience, Branka has a vast background and wealth of knowledge in mental health and psychology. Branka’s drive to understand the complexities of human behaviour led her to establishing Project Mindset.

With passion and purpose in everything she does, Branka has a special interest and extensive experience in the field of intellectual disability, forensic disability, and mental health disorders, alongside complex presentations and risk management. 

Branka feels privileged to support individuals with a diverse range of needs. With her work taking her as far as the APY Lands and Singapore, Branka’s work has been nominated for the National Violence and Crime Prevention Award for the development and roll out of an adult forensic disability anger management program, and a finalist for the Australian Small Business Champion Award for Health Improvement Services.

Her commitment to learning and professional development with empathy and compassion at the forefront led Branka to obtain a specialist certificate in forensic disability, further enhancing her ability to address the unique needs of this community. With Project Mindset as her platform for making meaningful impact, Branka is committed to leading her team to provide services driven by excellence and sound ethics. 

Outside of Project Mindset, Branka is a mum and wife and often loves to spend time with her family and friends away from the city and exploring South Australia. As a country girl from Coober Pedy who speaks fluent Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and some Greek, Branka is passionate about living an impactful life and giving back to the community.

Alice Skocz

Clinical Neuropsychologist

Passionate about changing lives for the better, Alice is our Clinical Neuropsychologist. With her bubbly and friendly personality, Alice has a warm approach to her specialty in understanding the intricacies of the brain and behaviour across all stages of life.

With a desire to create a supportive and comfortable environment for her clients, Alice empowers them to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours in a safe space. Alice holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Flinders University and a Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology from Macquarie University.

Her expertise spans assessment, intervention, and therapy for a wide range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and more. With extensive experience across government, non-government, and private sectors, she specialises in working with children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges and developmental difficulties.

Alice focuses on delivering personalised assessments and interventions to unlock cognitive potential and overcome challenges, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to dive into developmental, degenerative, traumatic, psychiatric, and neurological brain conditions.

Outside of Project Mindset Alice enjoys group training sessions at the gym, soaking up the sun on her beach walks with her golden retriever and our therapy dog Darcy, and exploring the culinary world as a true foodie. Alice is fluent in Polish. 

Shelby Munro

Psychologist

Shelby is a registered psychologist at Project Mindset who offers a range of skills and experience across clinical, therapeutic, and organisational sectors. With expertise and experience in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (including adaptations for Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Focusing on overall wellbeing, Shelby’s passion remains in helping clients manage their mental health and a special interest in Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as offering therapeutic support to those experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment, relational issues, and body image concerns.

With her empathic, warm and energetic communication style, Shelby will support her clients to enhance their resilience and strive towards self-improvement, passionate about adopting a collaborative and client-centred approach where a safe space is fostered.

Shelby has worked predominantly in private practice, disability, and vocational rehabilitation, providing support to those under NDIS, Medicare, and Workers Compensation, and offers a solution focused and growth outlook to help individuals and organisations achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of Project Mindset Shelby can be found hitting the gym and spending time with friends and loved ones. Shelby also loves to travel and explore all the great places our state has to offer.

Kamelia Todorov

 Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Kamelia is a Registered Psychologist with with qualifications in Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of South Australia and Master of Psychology (Health) from the University of Adelaide and is fluent in Bulgarian.

With a diverse background across many settings, Kamelia’s experience spans across therapeutic intervention; cognitive, functional capacity, educational, ADHD, personality and criminogenic risk assessments; tertiary-level teaching; research and policy development.

She has several years experience working in the NDIS and correctional services sectors as well as experience working with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as individuals experiencing eating disorders.

Kamelia is genuinely passionate about what she does, believing in a compassionate, person-centred and culturally-informed approach. She aims to tailor intervention and support in consideration of individual needs and circumstances, drawing on a holistic approach to empower positive change and growth within individuals and their support networks.

Outside of Project Mindset you are likely to find Kamelia at home with her dog Kibble and exploring the Adelaide Hills.

Isabella Zannettino

 Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Isabella, who also goes by Issy, is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours in 2020. She uses a range of therapy modalities with an eclectic approach incorporating CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness work.

With her warm, empathetic and non-judgemental approach to life and work, her passion is to support neurodivergent teenagers and adults, having worked in the NDIS space supporting individuals on their own mental health journeys. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, OCD, and emotional regulation difficulties. She also has experience conducting cognitive and adaptive behaviour assessments. She also conducts adult neuroaffriming ASD assessments.

Outside of Project Mindset Issy loves to read, play piano and watch comedy shows. 

Siena Russo

Developmental Educator and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Siena is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a wealth of skills and knowledge. She has a degree in Disability Studies and Community Inclusion and is currently completing a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education at Flinders University. 

Siena has worked in the disability sector for six years as a support worker, as a case manager at Disability Support for Older Australians and a NDIS Support Coordinator. Siena has a strong passion for working with neurodiverse youth (Autism and ADHD) and people with intellectual disabilities. Siena was born in Australia but has a strong cultural background including Italian, Irish, Bulgarian and Macedonian.

Outside of Project Mindset, Siena spends lots of time with her fiancé, their families and friends and their beautiful Great Dane puppy, Loki (she says puppy but he is a year old and already weighs 70kg!) Siena loves learning about different cultures and picking up bits and pieces of different languages. She also loves all kinds of food, and she loves her coffee. While not one for sports, she has recently started dancing classes and is having fun as she loves art, drama and music.

Sophie Trowbridge

Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sophie is a proud Barkindji woman and passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has a particular interest in working with teenagers and adults who are engaged with the criminal justice system or at risk of entering the justice system. Sophie has a Bachelor of Criminology Degree which largely focused on the correlation between trauma and offending behaviour, an area Sophie is passionate about. 

Sophie also has a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support from Flinders University and enjoys working with teenagers and adults and has experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, autism, psychosocial disability, trauma and forensic disability. She also has a special interest in disability, health relationships and sex.  Sophie has a wealth of experience in the disability sector and the NDIS, having previously worked as a Local Area Coordinator with young people at risk. She also has lived experience supporting her brother and sister who have disabilities. 

Outside of Project Mindset, Sophie loves to go to the gym and enjoys working out and going to the beach. She also loves to spend time with her Kelpie, Zarah. 

Nima Tahsili Fahadan

Provisional Psychologist

Nima is a registered provisional psychologist and holds a Master of Professional Psychology. Nima enjoys practicing across the lifespan, working with children to older adults. His practice is informed by diversity, multiculturalism, inclusion, neurodiversity & disability. Nima enjoys staying curious and open to learning from clients and considers therapy sessions opportunities to grow with clients, while supporting them towards wellbeing and increased function. 

He has an interest in mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, end-of-life and meaning-making and intervention and prevention of psychological trauma (war, disaster, refugee/immigrants, complex and intergenerational trauma). Nima also provides psychological assessments including cognitive, giftedness, neurodivergence and learning difficulty assessments. 

Nima was previously the Inclusion Professional/Specialist Equipment Coordinator for South Australia’s Inclusion Agency, under the Inclusion Support Program (federal government funding for inclusive education & care of children attending mainstream care environments). During this period, Nima shared clients with more than 300 allied health professionals. His earlier roles include Employment Facilitator, and NAATI-accredited Interpreter. Nima is Persian (Farsi) speaking.


Outside of Project Mindset Nima enjoys listening to classical and pop-rock music, reading poetry, digital photography, and trying to cook recipes from diverse cuisines!

Nathen Vong

Office Manager and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Nathen is Project Mindset’s Office Manager and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a Bachelor’s in Health and Medical Science, their primary focus on neuroscience and the dynamic realm of behaviour support.

Bringing their blend of passion and wide-eyed curiosity to the team, Nathen ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively with communication between clients and psychologists at the forefront, using their years of experience in client support. Focused on pursuing further academic endeavours, they conduct functional behaviour assessments and actionable positive behaviour support plans, which foster positive change and build cohesive support networks for their clients. 

Outside of Project Mindset, Nathen is curled up with their fur-son Cosmo, either knitting or crocheting something new, Nathen also speaks German and Korean.

Elise Capasso

Administrative Support

As one of Project Mindset’s admin team members, Elise is the friendly smiling face you’ll see as soon as you enter our space. Contributing to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Project Mindset, Elise creates a safe space for all clients and our psychologists, is happy to chat and share a warm drink while you wait.

Elise is an undergraduate student studying Psychology at the University of Adelaide and enjoying her time learning and growing in the field. With her positivity and optimism, Elise has an open communication style that deepens connections between admin and our clinicians. 

Outside of Project Mindset, Elise loves to walk her dogs in the park, enjoy nature and listening to music; she has a love of art history and is inspired creatively and professionally, with a desire to use Art Therapy in her interest in Child Psychology. Elise speaks fluent Italian.

Darcy

Therapy Dog

Darcy is Alice’s mood and brain boosting side-kick, and is a very good boy!

He’s happy, cuddly, cute, and a little cheeky; Darcy is in training and you’ll see him around Project Mindset in the office or in a session to help you feel at ease. 

Research suggests that Therapy Dog visits have numerous benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood and wellbeing, and enhancing social interaction and communication skills – no doubt just seeing Darcy will bring a smile to your face.
